Orders processed and delivered via instantaneous digital download cannot be canceled once file generation is finalized.
In case of duplicate transaction debits or verified technical processing failures preventing file download, transactions will be audited within 24 to 48 hours. Validated refunds will be refunded directly to the original bank account or UPI source within 5 to 7 working days.
